Find a way to have a front-cover that can be controlled in the yaml.

There are 3 possibilities:

Title only
- Content must start on page 1
- Hide all frontmatter element
Title + Frontmatter
- Content starts on page 1 or should we push on p2? Maybe start on p1 but include page break for Frontmatter elements.
Title + Image + (TOC) > push content to p2 and add page break for frontmatter
- Content pushed to page 2
- Add page break for Frontmatter elements
- Stylize title, abstract differently

Frontmatter can include: TOC, LOF, LOT and list of acronyms.
