In order to be able to seamlessly run DAGs across venues, we need to store some venue-dependent parameters as AIRFLOW environmental variables, which are populated from Terraform.
The values to store are: project, venue, deployment_name, counter and cluster_name = unity-${venue}-sps-eks-${deployment_name}-${counter}
