function normalizeOutgoingHeaders(headers) {
  return Object.fromEntries(Object.entries(headers).filter(([key]) => !["set-cookie"].includes(key)).map(([k, v]) => [k, Array.isArray(v) ? v.join(",") : v]));
}

This is preventing my NUXT3 server from writing cookies on netlify. Is there an option to disable it?
