Describe the bug

The videos in memos won't play.

Steps to reproduce

After uploading video, the video won't play.

The error of video link is "206 Partial Content".

When I manually copy the video link and open it in a new tab, it plays fine.

The version of Memos you're using

Version: v0.22.0
