Is your feature request related to a problem?

When we have registration turned on we "restrict" the DDK tournament to allow DDK players. This is entirely optional at this point.

Describe the feature you'd like to see on the Go Congress Site.

Since we require an imported or self-reported rating for the site can this turn on/off the DDK tournament for those players?

Notes

This could also be used for the Senior Tournament or Womens Tournament as they are based on specific filters of the registration process.
