Add bigger logo to home page

@stechu suggested that we use a larger version of the logo on the home page. We should use the white version. Get it from https://github.com/uwdb/logo

Prefer svg.

White transparent on top of nearly white background does not seem to be a good idea to me.

The background should be dark enough so that white works. Let's not add too many colors. I think the homepage already has too many colors.

@domoritz @maaz139 do we have a purple logo? It seems to break the design a lot if we change to dark background.
