Design is not rendered and component properties are not found #2397

Steps to reproduce

  • ~/.vaadin/designer-node-server/ exists, but is empty.
  • Open a V14+ design

Actual behavior

Designer opens, but canvas is empty. Design structure is rendered in the outline. Drag-and-drop works to the outline. Component properties are not found.

Expected behavior

Designer opens and design is rendered. Component properties are discovered.

IDE, Designer and OS version

Designer 4.6.4, any IDE, any OS.

As a workaround, delete the folder ~/.vaadin/designer-node-server and Designer will recreate it.
