Steps to reproduce

Open a Vaadin 10+ design with Designer using intelliJ IDEA 2021.2.4 (CE or Ultimate) or later.

Actual behavior

Designer windows opens but shows only white page. No rendered design, or even Designer UI (palette, outline etc.)

Expected behavior

Designer renders normally.

IDE, Designer and OS version

Designer 4.6.12, IntelliJ IDEA 2021.2.4 and later, CE or Ultimate, any OS

Fixed in 4.6.13
