Designer does not install UI components in IDEA when project has maven wrapper #2428

Steps to reproduce

Download a project from Vaadin Start.
Import into IntelliJ IDEA
Create a new V10+ design

Actual behavior

Design is created but editor stuck in "Installing UI components" and doing nothing.

Expected behavior

Design created and opened normally.

IDE, Designer and OS version

IntelliJ IDEA, Designer 4.6.14, any OS.

Fix included in 4.6.15
