Recommendation is to pretend the first commit doesn't exist as it is a necessary awful to ensure typescript uses the literal string type vs
string- without this we cannot have types protect us from accidentally breaking keys during the great re-keying in the move to Localazy.Requires matrix-org/matrix-react-sdk#11443
