When the remote genset start is disabled, we grey out the genset control button and add (i) top right with explanation text.

Align with GUI-v2 and Venus

Venus uses: The remote start functionality is disabled on the genset. The GX will not be able to start or stop the genset now. Enable it on the genset control panel
