Implementation of improved vf-link examples

In order to improve the examples of the vf-link] in the visual framework, areas with inconsistencies were addressed in issue: Improvements on examples of vf-link #1912.

@bhushan-ebi This task is to implement the changes:

• Remove disabled link from vf-link examples]
• Add underline to hover example by default
• Update label of examples to provide more clarity:
  • Default (No change)
  • Hover - “A text link on hover”
  • Visited - “A visited text link”
• Visited link example should be updated from #734595 to #563D82
