Overview of the Issue

Logs in vttablet are filled with messages like -

stateful_connection.go:281] Logged transaction...

This messages are wasteful and don't provide any value other than obscuring more useful logs.

Reproduction Steps

Run a cluster and run transactions through the vtgate.
