Move Go proxy to a sidecar container

What happened:

After #747 runtimes have the possibility to run a Golang proxy that redirects requests and provide some functionalities like prometheus metrics or timeouts. It should be possible to provide the same functionality using a sidecar container instead so we have proper isolation between processes.
