As one of the few We need a community focused tutorial, that leverages active learning / hacking to build out an 'antrea-like' solution to solve some pedagogical holes in terms of how folks compare CNIs across the board, and specifically, how they get comfortable with antrea internals.

• the windows tutoiral we have could be rebranded as an antrea-the-hard-way tutorial.
