Document improvement for deleting application

Summary

Last week Jonathan reached out to me with question about deleting application through management console. The behaviour is that when an external volume is attached to the application then upon application delete the volume is preserved and not deleted. If the template creates new volume, then this volume is deleted together with the whole application.
He was not able to find it and we need to state that in the docs.
