When I run "net_segment evaluation -c config3D.ini" after inference, "KeyError: ("label",)" was raised. I just followed the steps mentioned in README. Is there any solution to this problem?

I am not too sure how niftynet handles the paths and generated files/folders. We have anyway implemented our own evaluation. You can skip the niftynet evaluation and directly use the notebook as described in the "Evaluate Results" section.
