Improve ballot style IDs in NH conversion for Fall 2024

When entering manual tallies in a jurisdiction that has multiple ballot styles, the ballot style should not be some undecipherable code OR the jurisdiction should be provided with a cheat sheet containing the ballot style to precinct/ward information. It took me poking around to figure out which ballot style was associated with which ward.

We looked unprofessional because I didn't know what I was doing but worse yet, it caused confusion during a day with enough chaos. Additionally, I am concerned that it will cause more confusion on election night.
