Feature Request: Support for Grafana Plugin install by URL

Affected Puppet, Ruby, OS and module versions/distributions

• Distribution: Ubuntu
• Module version: 6.0.0

It would be great if the module could support the --pluginUrl parameter to grafana-cli to support installing custom plugins from ZIP files rather than a repo, perhaps by accepting a "url" parameter instead of repo

the grafana-cli usage shows:

--pluginUrl value Full url to the plugin zip file instead of downloading the plugin from grafana.com/api [$GF_PLUGIN_URL]
