Affected Puppet, Ruby, OS and module versions/distributions
Puppet: 6
Ruby: 2.5
Distribution: ubuntu 20
Module version: 7.0.0
How to reproduce (e.g Puppet code you use)
I changed the http port which then updated the grafana.ini file.
What are you seeing
The service was not restarted, so it is still listening on old port.
What behaviour did you expect instead
Service would be restarted.
