Hi @baraaorabi ,

Thank you for this nice tool - I was wondering whether you are planning to adjust the algorithm to accept compressed data formats to Freddie at all (.gzipped, .gz, .tar, etc.)? Would be a nice feature to be which would reduce work for the users and as compressing is recommended for larger data files anyway....

@shaniAmare: The latest commit on the branch gzip should now have GZIP mode enabled. Hope it addressed your issue. I will merge it with the master branch after doing some more tests.
