When expanding a tag in sidebar I would like to have an option to only see nested tags alongside notes within that tag. Tags that are related to these notes but are not nested are to be made invisible if such an option is turned on.

I would also very much like this feature added. I add an example.
My note has the following tags:
#2-areas/work
#1-projects/supersecretproject

Currently TagFolder shows the tags as follows
#2-areas/work --> #1-projects/supersecretproject
#1-projects/supersecretproject --> #2-areas/work

I would like to be able to disable the display of not primary tags in the current tag tree node. This would result in:
#2-areas/work
#1-projects/supersecretproject

an nothing more being display in the tree. Could you please allow that?

@Kirkiboii @spaceg00se-r

If I understand correctly, this is implemented by #26 , or does this not match what you are describing?

I‘m currently not using obsidian anymore. However, I’m not sure if #26 solves my issue. I had the problem that notes with multiple tags had this „—>“ notation and showed the other tag variants. In my opinion this is very confusing and therefore I wanted this turned off. Should be the same implementation as in Bear.app
