Tool for managing package's dependencies versions.
- Hold dependencies versions
- Update dependencies versions
- Expand dependencies versions from node_modules
- CLI and Programmatical APIs
$ npm install -g pkgtool
$ pkgtool hold
or
$ pkgtool /path/to/package/dir hold
$ pkgtool update
$ pkgtool update mocha sinon
$ pkgtool expand

Add specs for any new or changed functionality.
Run tests: npm test
