  • I have searched the issues of this repository and believe that this is not a duplicate.

Although I already created this ticket #5221, and @tangjinzhou created a PR up for that, it didn't fix the issue so I'm creating one again

Steps to reproduce

  • Select any date using the date picker
  • Manually update the date with input

What is expected?

The cursor should stay where you are typing

What is actually happening?

The cursor is moving around like going at the end of the input
