Using keyboard navigation on the example here:

When selecting a tab with keyboard navigation, the usage of aria live causes the alt text of the image to be read out twice and the caption on top of the image to be read out twice.

This is when using Voiceover on a Mac with macOS Ventura 13.4 in Chrome.

Please let me know if I missed any required elements of creating an issue.
