I know the examples are not spec'd for mobile, but I think its worthwhile to start logging issues with mobile, because I can't recommend them on web sites until they do.

In Safari on iOS with VOiceOver running, select the list box, double tap to open and swipe to the desired item, double tap to select. Menu doesn't close and there is no apparent way to close it.
