Via #1008, we need to understand the status of Web Bundles specifications. The IETF wpack group was closed, Mozilla's position on signed packages is negative and the TAG is concerned with lack of significant multi-stakeholder interest. But then Chrome seems to ship with support for at least some of these specifications:
