@michael-n-cooper @IanPouncey I didn't spot anything inherently wrong with this draft spec. The only suggestion I have is adding an accessibility paragraph under the Requirements for Responsible Implementation of CSS to note WCAG and its recommendations for not using color-only to convey meaningful content and being cautious about generating content via CSS. These are not new ideas when layering CSS into the creation of webpages, and I don't know how much we can suggest in a technical language spec like this.
