Agenda

For completeness, this agenda enumerates all the WG's deliverables, including tentative ones. Due to time limitations, we cannot allocate equal agenda time for every deliverable, and we give preference to deliverables that have issues or proposal that we think will benefit from F2F/hybrid style discussion. "None" indicates no issues proposed to the F2F agenda currently.

I've added to the agenda a proposal to move forward with trying to take the Device Orientation Events specification to Recommendation status. As previously mentioned in charter discussions, we have a lot of older specs and should be working on modernizing them and seeing new rounds of wide review.
