Orientation of punctuation in horizontal & vertical Mongolian text

What is the correct orientation for the various punctuation marks in Mongolian when text runs vertically and when it runs horizontally? Which are upright whether or not the text is upright or horizontal? Which are always lying on their side? Which change orientation as the flow direction changes?
