Different stakeholders and Working Group members will define Working Group effectiveness in different ways. Below is a list of goals which can be an output of working group effectiveness. It is important to note that all three of the bullet points need to be met, but each working group participant might only be interested in one or two of the bullet points.
- Released specs, on time
- Deployed specs, on a range of popular user agents
- Developers building with these new technologies.
