PR for linux permissions

I am willing to PR on this but wanted to discuss implementation.

Steps:

• Get host uid and host gid and add them as env var:

  #!/bin/bash
  
  export HOSTUID=$(id -u)
  export HOSTGID=$(id -g)

• Add host uid and host gid as args to containers and make them the default user:

    args:
        HOSTUID: ${HOSTUID}
        HOSTGID: ${HOSTGID}
    user: "${HOSTUID}:${HOSTGID}"

• Add the args to the Dockerfiles and add a "warden" user on those ids:

  ARG HOSTGID
  ARG HOSTUID
  RUN groupadd -g $HOSTGID -o warden
  RUN useradd -m -u $HOSTUID -g $HOSTGID -o -s /bin/bash warden

I think the preference would be to modify the www-data user in the images (which I believe is the default user) to have that UID and GID. At a glance it should work on Mac as well. We'd just need to validate Windows.

Ok, the method I use above works for our own containers on all 3, so this should work on all 3 also

usermod -u ${HOSTUID} www-data
groupmod -g ${HOSTGID} www-data

Also, I should check if the args are available and backoff if they aren't I think that's that.
