Following those personas

We decided to continue with 4 personas. Those personas now have a suggested information architecture attached, which shall be discussed and enhanced.

2. Content: Persona BUILD #113
3. Content: Persona OPERATE #114
4. Content: Persona CREATE #121

Once we decide on the final information architecture we can start writing the content and implement the docs according to the specs.
Freshly added content should follow the previous pattern and fit into the existing tree.
