User need: we need to find a way for users to get access the pinning services without opening the floodgates.

Potential solution discussed with Alan & Vasco:

In the web3.storage Github repo there are options for users to click certain ticket templates - feat req, bug etc. One of these has a link through to a mailxto.com magic link that will send an email to support. We could use this functionality to allow users to make a case for getting access to the new web3.storage pinning APIs.

Template should be similar to this one:
