@webdesus @pczarn I‘m happy to help too; to me it’s more that more than 1 person is able to manage the repo and crate as we can see maintainers just leaving there crates behind. i.e dotenv

It took a little longer..

Add Contribute.md file, where describe thouths about development.

And add two RFC document for discuss:

I'll sort it out a little later with PR-s
