Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When implementing plugins it is nice to be able to refer to the plugin directory. This enables the plugin developers to add shell scirpts or other files, which can be referenced dynamically.

Describe the solution you'd like
A plugin directory field to the table returned for each plugin with the wezterm.plugin.list() would be a solution to this. See https://github.com/wez/wezterm/discussions/3989#discussioncomment-6451459.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Alternertives would be a standard way of storing plugins, however there might be complications with multiple file systems not having similar structure, like windows and linux based system.

Additional context
See https://github.com/wez/wezterm/discussions/3989 for a short discussion.
