Support for working with local images

Currently the DockerKit will unconditionally pull all images. This does not work well if you e.g want to run the integration test for a locally built image before pushing it to a registry. It would be nice to be able to specify a DockerContainer, maybe with an image id, that is not pulled if already present in the local registry.
