Plugin Config Menu is Darker when playing in Disney Infinity 1.0, 2.0, and 3.0

Description: whenever you open the Wii U Plugin System Config Menu while playing any of the Disney Infinity titles the Config Menu is noticeably darker than when not playing the game(s). I tested this with all three games and got the same result. I even reinstalled Aroma and wiped all my plugins are there was no change.
