Supported Languages

Because HubSpot is a global company and many developers do not live in the United States, it is likely English is not the primary language for many developers.

HubSpot officially supports

• English
• Spanish
• German
• Japanese

So our goal is to support all of those languages with the chrome extension.

Our current language support

• Japanese
• French

The extension is built English first simply because for many of the developers working on the extension English is their primary language and some do not speak another of these languages well enough to translate.

So to continue to release features in a timely manner there may be times when a feature displays English text instead of translated text. We don't believe we should be holding back features from anyone because they don't speak a language. Should you find any text like that and feel you can provide a translation we would seriously appreciate if you can create an issue for it so we can get that translation made!

In the extension's code to keep things from getting messy comments will always be in English unless referring to a translation.
