9x support #581

Supermium at this point does run on Windows 2000 SP4, but in an even more suboptimal state than on XP. As such, it is not ready to claim support for it yet. A big issue is that Supermium is structured to use at minimum two threads for rendering. This would have to be changed. 9x is easier from some standpoints because multithreading is not an issue there, but the browser mostly operates in Unicode including progwrp. The linker options may need to be modified as well to run the executables there as well. I don't plan on 9x. |

Supermium so far is the best browser for Windows Xp/Vista/7 (Xp is slow but still great). Anyhow, what if it supported Windows 2000/Me/98? That would be cool; also very possible with better RAM managment within Supermium (also would help for Xp), and a build in Ex-kernel (it would run through progwrp.dll).
Hope this isn't a bad idea, just something that might make Me and 2000 usable like Xp is now because of Supermium
