How to create a margin limit/market order?

I see this:

            match account.market_buy(SYMBOL, order_quantity) {
                Ok(res) => {
                    info!("Buy Order: {:?}", res);
                },
                Err(err) => {
                    error!("{:?}", err);
                }
            }

But can't find a way to do a margin order.
