超时过多造成程序假死，连带服务请求超时(PS推送队列很大情况下)

控制台不断输出下面超时异常，看命令是llen，业务程序没有使用这类命令。运维说CPU和内存整体稳定，这边根据日志尝试修改超时时间后，运行一段时间还会出现类似情况

看了源码和别人的issue，我这块改了下如上方案，后续再观察下。复杂网络环境下死循环redis是容易链接异常
