Describe the bug
Colour picker forces its hue to red when dragging the cursor in SV window to the left side

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Use a colour filter
Drag hue somewhere besides 0
Move SV cursor to the left wall
Reproduced

Expected behavior
Hue to remain the same
