Bug Description:

"Store Management" panel fails to appear after hiding the "Setup Task List".

Environment:

Woocommerce Version :
WooCommerce: v6.0.0
WooCommerce Admin: 2.9.2
WordPress version: v5.9-beta3

PC:
Windows 10, Mac 10.14.6
Chrome(Version 96.0.4664.110)
Firefox(Version 95.0)
Safari: v15.1

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Create any test site using JN site.
2. Install and activate all the required plugins.
3. Complete the setup wizard.
4. Go to WooCommerce >>Home Page .
5. Hide the store "Setup Task List".
6. Observe that "Store Management" panel fails to appear after hiding the "Setup Task List".

Note:
After hard refresh we are able to observe "Store Management" panel.

Actual Result:

"Store Management" panel fails to appear after hiding the "Setup Task List".

Expected Result:

"Store Management" panel should be appear after hiding the "Setup Task List".

Isolating the problem (mark completed items with an [x]):

• I have deactivated other plugins and confirmed this bug occurs when only WooCommerce plugin is active.
• This bug happens with a default WordPress theme active, or Storefront.
• I can reproduce this bug consistently using the steps above.
