Remove the beta label from the editor and the documentation

Currently, we’re showing the beta label in some places in the Cart and Checkout blocks. This might prevent merchants from switching to the Cart and the Checkout blocks as it creates the impression that these blocks are not production ready.

Describe the solution you'd like

This issue aims to remove the beta label from the editor and the documentation.

Additional context

• This notice appears on a fresh installation, when not incompatible payment notice is visible, see Highlight incompatible payment gateways in the C&C Blocks #7855.
• This notice might not appear, even though there is no incompatible payment notice is visible, as the notice had been dismissed earlier. In that case, the notice can be made visible again by deleting the key wc-blocks_dismissed_sidebar_compatibility_notices from the local storage:
