The PR has been merged and introduces fixes for missing translations (especially the block titles), we will see this in WordPress 17.2. However, I found out that there are still some strings not translated, some of them are not even translated in the Web version.
I'll try to gather all the strings I see that translation is missing and open an issue with them as a follow-up.
@mchowning - Hey I was checking this issue out as it's part of the Large Text - Internationalization project, and I noticed it's scheduled as part of the Mobile Gutenberg project. Since I'm confident that this issue could use the expertise of the Gutenberg team to deal with the hybrid part of the code, I'm removing the issue from our project for now.
That said if you feel that this is a mistake, please let me know and I'll re-introduce it to our project.

Actual behavior
There are missing and partial translations all through the editing experience, in many languages. (reported: Spanish, Hebrew, German)
