wordpressclient returns 404 when uri ends without slash ("/")

WordpressClient returns 404 not found when the client's URI ends without trailing slash like "https://example.com/wp-json", which worked in wordpressPCL 1.9.0 or earlier.

Is this an intended change in ver 2.0.0?
