It would be really great to put all cache / files into memcache for faster reading, this will also decrease disk i/o & iowait bottlenecks.

Thank you for the suggestion @aziernest! There's already a feature request open for this (#47), so I'm going to mark this as a duplicate and close. Please follow that issue for updates to this feature.
