Top-level <ul> bullets erroneously extend beyond the TOC box in latest Chrome mobile in portrait mode but not landscape mode with this phone, at least:

Thanks for the report. That theme has been needing an overhaul for quite a while.
There is one in the works, but not sure when it'll see the light of day. I'll point them here.
