Compatibility of Oracle RAC 19c with WSO2 Identity server 6.1.0

Describe the issue:
Currently WSO2 Identity server 6.1.0 does not compatible with Oracle RAC 19c

How to reproduce:

Plugin Oracle RAC 19c as Identity and shared database of IS 6.1.0 and some of the flows like Getting the user discoverable apps and filtering user discoverable apps will break.

Expected behavior:
WSO2 Identity server 6.1.0 is expected to be compatible with Oracle RAC 19c
